Our Philosophy

KMRC Clinical Research is proud to boast staff who are highly experienced in producing clean data for the bio-pharmaceutical and device industries. Our distinction from other resource sites is evident in the underlying principles that shape the way we work.

Physician Involvement, Every Study

Our investigators take their FDA-mandated responsibility for the clinical trial and the health and well-being of all study participants very seriously. Our physicians meet with study participants to discuss protocol-specific procedures and discuss questions/concerns. This communicates our commitment to the study participant’s well-being and the close monitoring of subject safety. It’s better for the subjects and results in higher study retention rates.

Professionalism with a Personal Touch

Our staff members are experienced clinical research professionals. But don’t think that means we move a high volume of study participants through our office like a factory. Our study participants and sponsor representatives know this is an organization that cares about our participants and cares about the quality of data we collect.

Quality in Practice

At KMRC, we understand study sponsors need clean, accurate, reliable data. Our investigators conduct data quality reviews within 48 hours of every completed study visit. Sponsor monitors can be assured our investigators are closely involved with the study, are knowledgeable of all data collection instruments, and have personally reviewed all study data. This practice increases monitoring productivity and reduces back-end data clarification.

Community Outreach

KMRC has developed a program for community outreach and health screenings. We regularly attend community events to provide study information and free non-invasive health screenings. We are committed to the Lexington community and enjoy the events as an opportunity to get to know our neighbors while learning about their health questions and concerns. In addition, KMRC assists in student rotations from two of the local independent colleges. This ensures that students are aware of what is required in clinical research and how the work is rewarding.
